With communal access to 21st century tools and learning styles, you can test your concepts, design, create and build with a community of makers, and bring your ideas to life.

Inside the lab we have a variety of tools that allow you to create physical items such as buttons, vinyl signage, 3D printed models, carved objects, and fabric crafts. Read More
Borrow a GoPro or DSLR camera, a green screen kit, or WiFi hotspots to use outside the library. Chromebooks are available for in library use. Read More
Our equipment is available for use by Pickering Public Library members. To avoid disappointment, use our online booking system to book a time to use specific equipment. Since not all products are available through our online booking system please view a complete list of all available Maker Space products and how to book them. Our staff are available to help you get started, and to assist you along the way. Please note that we charge a small fee for the materials used for physical project creation. Staff can help with you to determine what charges will apply to your project. Please see our pricing list for further details. Visit our FAQ page for answers to any questions you may have.
